COVID-19 Update - Orders, Deliveries

We are following Government advice and have put in place a number of measures to continue to provide clean beauty to our customers, as long as it remains safe to do so. We will continue to keep close to the latest government advice.

1. Customer Service lines & Live Chat are still operational between 08:45 and 17:00

2. There are currently no delivery delays – we are working to keep it this way while prioritising safety

3. Our social media channels will continue to provide community content, open conversation and updates

Online Orders & Deliveries 

Our dedicated team are busy picking and packing orders around the clock, whilst adhering to government guidelines. Distancing is strictly being enforced, specifically ensuring staff stay 2 meters apart at all times, alongside regular sanitation, at least twice daily. 

With an increased demand for a little clean beauty boost and a reduced workforce, delivery may take a little longer than usual. You should expect your delivery to arrive 8-10  working days from the day you ordered. For more information, including delivery time frames if you are ordering from outside the UK please visit our delivery page.

To ensure our Customer Care team can support those in greatest need, please only contact the team if your order has not arrived after this promised time. 

Please note, Royal Mail and other courier services are no longer obtaining a signature at delivery in order to reduce the possibility of transmission at the point of delivery. They will note a Surname as proof of delivery. Please keep up to date with tracking to ensure you are able to take the delivery. A delivery card or notice will be left for you to re-arrange any missed deliveries. This is at the customers responsibility as we are unable to assist with this.
