If your order was placed more than 15 minutes ago, we won't be able to cancel it. The quickest way to request cancellation is via Live Chat so that we can action this as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us with your order number so we can help you further.
If it's not possible to cancel your order we kindly recommend reaching out to our consumer care team who can provide a free returns label so your parcel can be returned to us for a refund. Alternatively, you can simply refuse delivery and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
